2. Voucher Purchase

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to purchase a voucher.

  • Payment: Payment for vouchers must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and all payments are processed securely.

  • Confirmation: Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your voucher code(s). Keep this email safe, as it serves as proof of your purchase.

3. Voucher Redemption

  • Redeemable Services: Vouchers can be redeemed only for the specific services listed, including live music lessons through RAD LIVE. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other services not specified on our website.

  • Redemption Period: All vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period specified on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honored.

  • Non-transferable: Vouchers are for personal use and cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged unless explicitly permitted by RAD Voucher Hub.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances, solely at RAD Voucher Hub’s discretion.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations of scheduled lessons or services require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher’s value for that booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: RAD Voucher Hub does not guarantee that the services provided through voucher redemption will meet all your expectations. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from the use of our services, except where legally required.

  • Service Availability: RAD Voucher Hub will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at our discretion.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or redemption of vouchers following these changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
